Annmariegiannimall accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. The price shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Shipping is free. We do not add handling fees, restocking fees, or hidden charges at checkout.
Payment is processed through secure payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our website. Visa and MasterCard payments are handled by a payment processor. PayPal payments are handled by PayPal. When you place an order, the payment provider authorizes the transaction. If authorization fails, the order does not enter processing. You can try another payment method or contact us at info@annmariegiannimall.com.
After payment is approved, you receive an order confirmation by email. When the order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. If you request a refund, we send it to the original payment method. Refund processing takes 1–2 business days after we receive the returned item. Your bank or payment provider needs 7–10 business days to post the refund.
If you see an incorrect charge, contact us at info@annmariegiannimall.com with your order number. If you use PayPal, you can also review the transaction in your PayPal account. We do not ask for your full card number by email.
