Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day enter processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on a weekend, or on a U.S. federal holiday enter processing on the next business day. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–5 business days after handling. The total delivery time is 4–7 business days.
You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible at info@annmariegiannimall.com. We cannot change an address after the order has shipped.
If tracking shows a delay, contact us with your order number. If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
